Data Security Software Ransomware is a global problem and the Council seeks to improve its protection to this threat as part of its Cyber Resilience programme. A solution is required to provide 24/7 ransomware protection on all NetApp storage devices on the Local Area Network. After a review of available solutions, it has been decided that Cryptospike will be the most suitable solution to meet the Council's requirements.

Options: The option to extend for a further two (2) twelve (12) month periods making the final expiry date potentially 31st March 2028

Renewal: Contract Period: 01/08/2022 - 31-07-2025 with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month period extensions, until 31/07/2027
