## Summary

The University of Warwick is seeking to engage suppliers for the provision of services related to a large-scale survey focused on early-stage equity funding availability for small firms. This procurement falls under the services category, particularly classified as survey services. The tender is currently in the active stage, with submissions accepted until 31st May 2022. The project is valued at £200,000 and operates under an open procurement method. The tender documents are accessible via the University of Warwick's In-Tend supplier portal.

The working hypothesis is that there remains an equity gap in early-stage equity at the PS250k to PS1m range, below the scale at which formal VC investments are typically made. This project is being funded by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and Innovate UK (IUK).
