## Notice

Falmouth Exeter Plus (FXPlus) is looking to appoint a supply partner(s) to carry out ventilation equipment maintenance and repair services on a 36 month fixed term contract. The works will include: * Planned preventative maintenance in accordance with SFG 20 standards * Repairs, * Call-outs, * Fault diagnosis * Minor New Works. The requirement is divided into 3 separate Lots. Tenderers are invited to bid for one, two or all three Lots. Each Lot will be assessed and evaluated separately.
