Conditions to the planning have been imposed before commencement. The successful contractor will be responsible for ensuring that these are completed and approved. The remaining conditions are numbers 1-7. All liaison with the council should be completed direct from the contractor to discharge the conditions. The contractor will hold sole responsibility for ensuring the conditions are met before work commencement.
