The requirement covers all gas and electricity meters. Growth in customer numbers could cause a rise in demand. Conversely, any energy demand destruction/ efficiency initiatives could reduce the figure over the life of the relationship. Existing volumes will be expected to transfer in stages as supply delivery periods (under the existing arrangement) expire and therefore initial delivery volumes may be significantly lower.
