## Summary

Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd is planning to establish a national Property Construction and Maintenance Management framework to facilitate engagement with General Building and Construction Contractors. This tender, titled "Property Construction and Maintenance," falls under the construction industry category and is planned to cover multiple regions across the UK through six distinct lots. The framework agreement is expected to last for three years, with a possible two-year extension. Interested parties must respond to the Public Invitation Notice (PIN) by 27th May 2022, with the tender process anticipated to commence in the third quarter of 2022.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specializing in construction and maintenance services, particularly those with capabilities in minor and major civil engineering, maintenance management, and asbestos handling. Contractors qualified to undertake track-side work, as indicated by the requirement to hold a PCL, will find this framework particularly advantageous. By engaging with Network Rail's procurement process, suitable businesses can position themselves to secure contracts that encompass a range of activities, enhancing their growth potential across the UK’s rail infrastructure projects.
