Deliver and constantly strive to improve upon a catering service that reflects the specialist nature, high quality experience and brand values of the College to our staff, students and visitors. ? Ensure that an excellent student and visitor experience is at the heart of our catering service. ? Develop and invest in the facilities and services to improve the customer experience of current and prospective staff, students and visitors to our Gallery, Art Cinema and FabLab. ? Be responsive to the needs of its customers through regularly seeking and responding to customer feedback. ? To have a menu which changes on a weekly basis with different flavours and dishes, representing a mixture of cultures and the style of the college. ?
