The Contractor will establish clear pathways and referral routes into the different elements of the service for different family members. The Service will be comprised of: 1. Safe accommodation (Refuge & dispersed) with specialist onsite support 2. Move on 3. Specialist outreach support for victims/survivors and their families 4. Early intervention 5. Perpetrator intervention and support 6. Dispersed properties 7. Sanctuary schemes Lot 2 - A Domestic Abuse Children's therapeutic service (Hartlepool) The Contractor will provide a therapeutic service to children and young people aged from 4 - 18 who have experienced domestic abuse.
