## Notice

It will operate on a 'Core' and 'Cluster' model, with young parents being supported and are prepared for independence and securing their own tenancy in the future. This procurement process is a retender of Lot 1: Broxtowe, Rushcliffe and Gedling (South) - Core and Cluster Units under the procurement DN597562 'Young Parents Accommodation and Support Service'. This is a single provider contract, however bids submitted on behalf of a group for example a consortium will be accepted. The service is required across the South which is the Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe borough areas of Nottinghamshire County. The contract will commence from 01 August 2022 for a period of 5 years to 31 July 2027. There will be the option for three twenty-four-month extensions to the contract.
