### Lot Information

Synthetic Hair wigs

This notice relates to an intention to award a contract for a wig provision service at NNUH based on a framework agreement under a competitive process. The service will run from October 2025 to September 2026. Approximate value of PS50,000. This is an existing service at NNUH.

Options: The Framework Agreement will have an initial term of 24 months with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months.

Human Hair Wigs

Supply of processed human hair ready-made wigs and hairpieces

Options: This Framework Agreement will have the option to extend incrementally for a further period of up to 24 months in addition the the initial 24 months set out in the Framework Agreement.

Headwear Products

Supply of products of headwear including hats, headscarves, turbans and bandannas.

Options: This Framework Agreement will have the option to extend incrementally for a further period of up to 24 months in addition to the initial 24 month period as set out in the Framework Agreement.

Maintenance Products

Supply of products required for the maintenance of wigs including but not limited to aftercare kits, wig stands, shampoo, creams and mouse.

Options: This Framework Agreement will have the option to extend incrementally for a further period of up to 24 months in addition to the initial 24 month period as set out in the Framework Agreement.

Custom Made Wigs

Service and supply of Wigs to be Custom Made for Individuals Including Synthetic hair, European human hair and Processed Asian human hair or Afro Caribbean hair.

Options: This Framework Agreement will have the option to extend incrementally for a further period of up to 24 months in addition the initial 24 months set out in the Framework Agreement.

Service and Supply of Synthetic Hair wigs and Human Hair Wigs with Fitting

Options: This Framework Agreement will have the option to extend incrementally for a further period of up to 24 months in addition to the initial 24 months set out in the Framework Agreement.

Alteration and Repair

Service for Alteration and Repair of Wigs
