### Lot Information

Lot 1

As a Social Landlord, it is our legal obligation to ensure the safe operation of commercial laundry equipment. We therefore require a suitably qualified Contractor to carry out the servicing and maintenance of commercial laundry equipment within our multi occupational residential buildings. Existing systems are in situ at various sites in the Tees Valley, Newcastle and Hull.The successful contractor would also be required to supply and install new commercial laundry equipment when directed.

Renewal: The maximum contract period will be 3 years with an option to extend for 2 periods of 1 year each (maximum period 5 years) upon satisfactory performance.
