The operator is responsible for ensuring the JBC Loader is road compliant and legal as listed 33.12, and that the operator has the relevant qualifications and licences to operate the plant. It will be the responsibility of the successful contractor to ensure that the JBC is secured in an appropriate compound. The Authority will not be responsible for offering a suitable compound, nor with the authority be responsible for the security of the JBC or any of the associated attachments.
