Hire of Scaffolding Materials

Dundee City Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to provide the supply, delivery and installation of Scaffolding Services within the Dundee City Council area. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Scotland Excel is acting on behalf of Dundee City Council in the execution of this tender but will not be party to the contract or the management of the contract throughout its lifetime.

Renewal: The initial period of the Framework Contract will run for two years from the commencement date with an option to extend for up to a further 2 x 12 month period subject to satisfactory operation and performance.

Design, Supply and Construction of Scaffolding

Scotland Excel, on behalf of Dundee City Council, are exploring options for a Scaffolding Framework. The scope may include, but not be limited to the following: - Hire of scaffolding materials - Design of scaffolding - Supply of scaffolding - Construction of scaffolding - Dismantling of scaffolding Please note that at this stage the scope of the framework and its lots have yet to be determined and therefore may change from those stated in this notice.
