Utilising or replacing the current equipment we have as detailed. ### Lot Information Supply of the vehicles We believe we may require the following mowers at the moment: Greens Mower x4, Fairway mower x4, Tees mower x1, Rough Mower x2, Heavy Rough Mower x1, Midi Tractor x2. However, this framework will support our requirements for at least 4 years and may involve specific contracts lasting 3 years towards the end of the Framework. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Options: Additional items include training on the kit supplied and hand held kit when required if it provides value for money. Renewal: We will always need a supply of these types of vehicles and so at the end of the Framework, being four years in length and once any contract at the end has expired. We will look once again to the Market. Point to note, this is a dynamic Framework. Supply of spare parts We are looking for the best supplier of parts in terms of price, availability and turnaround. Key areas include OEM or none-original parts with a commitment on leadtimes as a KPI. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Options: Training and parts for hand help tools if required. Renewal: We expect we will always require parts for our machinery. We will renew as soon as the four year Framework ends. Servicing, maintenance and repair Servicing is required for our fleet or any additional machinery as required. A list of our current grass cutting fleet can be found in the ITT. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Options: Training and servicing of smaller grass cutting/maintenance tooling as required. Renewal: We will always need a company to service, maintain and repair our fleet as required. Alternative solutions This is anything else that might be suggested to meet the requirements set out in Section 2, Part 3 Description in the ITT. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Options: Training and anything directly related as the alternate option.
