The total value of the contract, which is PS171,000 pa, will include the Carers Forums, Carers Groups and the target of 7,600 hours per annum. These target hours should be delivered by paid staff not volunteers. It should also include Management of the Service, Administration, Staff Training, Mileage expenses, Promotion/Advertising, Room hire costs, Speaker fees.
