The Council has no capacity to decant residents from the roof top block except temporarily for a working day or two for craning purposes etc. The design is comprised of three key components: * Infill blocks - four self-contained buildings abutting existing blocks, containing 40 new homes * Roof extensions - single storey extensions to all existing buildings, containing 20 new homes * Landscaping - complete remodel of the estate's ground plane, including changes to existing utility infrastructure, as well as; new road layout, parking, cycle and refuse stores, children's play and landscaped amenity spaces
