Lot 1: Occupational Health & Wellbeing Services End to end management referral process Neurodiversity diagnosis (part of management referral process, new requirement no process map exists for this) Onward referral for facilitation of private treatment Night worker Assessment Statutory Health Surveillance New and internal mover health assessment Drugs and Alcohol testing Support around the promotion of Health and Wellbeing following the Group Companies Wellbeing Calendar Ability to provide Health Needs Assessment (Elective Fund)*
