Architectural Services - including External Architecture, Planning Approvals, Interior Design, Space Planning, Client Consultation, Space Analysis

Engineering Design and Consultancy

Cost Management & CDM Principle Designer services

Cost Management - including Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Cost Control.

Construction Project Management

The requirement for this lot will include: Whole Project Management (end-to-end) including Design Team Management, NEC3 and NEC4 Contract Administration (consultant and contractor), Client Reporting, Property Reconfigurations and Structural Enhancements. Business case and report writing, Project Team selection, tender process management. The requirement will include working within a live broadcast environment.

The requirement for this lot will include: External Architecture, Planning Approvals, Interior Design, Space Planning, Client Consultation, Space Analysis, FFF&E Selection, Design Studies, Accessible Design, Graphic Design.
