Details of the relevant Local Authorities who may participate are illustrated in the Geographical Map in Appendix 3c of File 03 of the Tender ### Lot Information City of Bradford Metropolitan Council The "Services" under a proposed Framework Agreement will consist of the provision and maintenance of Traffic Management, within the geographical boundary and administrative areas as described at II.1.4 of this notice. This Lot relates to the administrative area of: The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council - Lot 1 The City of Bradford MDC shall be hereafter be defined as one of the five other contracting authorities named on the Framework Agreement. The principal contracting authority, the Council of the Borough of Kirklees, will act as the contract administrator in relation to the Framework Agreement. Renewal: The anticipated commencement date for the Framework Agreement is 15th August 2022. The anticipated expiry date for the Framework Agreement is 14th August 2024 with the option to extend for two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months, up to 14th August 2026. The Borough of Calderdale Council The "Services" under a proposed Framework Agreement will consist of the provision and maintenance of Traffic Management, within the geographical boundary and administrative areas as described at II.1.4 of this notice. This Lot relates to the administrative area of: The Borough of Calderdale Council - Lot 2 The Borough of Calderdale Council shall be hereafter be defined as one of the five other contracting authorities named on the Framework Agreement. Renewal: The anticipated commencement date for the Framework Agreement is 15th August 2022. The anticipated expiry date for the Framework Agreement is 14th August 2024 with the option to extend for two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months, up to 14th August 2026. The Council of the Borough of Kirklees The "Services" under a proposed Framework Agreement will consist of the provision and maintenance of Traffic Management, within the geographical boundary and administrative areas as described at II.1.4 of this notice. This Lot relates to the administrative area of: The Council of the Borough of Kirklees - Lot 3 The Council of the Borough of Kirklees is the principal contracting authority in relation to this Framework Agreement, and will act as contract administrator for all the other contracting authorities who are able to use this Framework Agreement. Renewal: The anticipated commencement date for the Framework Agreement is 15th August 2022. The anticipated expiry date for the Framework Agreement is 14th August 2024 with the option to extend for two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months, up to 14th August 2026. Leeds City Council The "Services" under a proposed Framework Agreement will consist of the provision and maintenance of Traffic Management, within the geographical boundary and administrative areas as described at II.1.4 of this notice. This Lot relates to the administrative area of: Leeds City Council - Lot 4 Leeds City Council shall be hereafter be defined as one of the five other contracting authorities named on the Framework Agreement. City of Wakefield Metropolitan District Council The "Services" under a proposed Framework Agreement will consist of the provision and maintenance of Traffic Management, within the geographical boundary and administrative areas as described at II.1.4 of this notice. This Lot relates to the administrative area of: City of Wakefield MDC - Lot 5 The City of Wakefield MDC shall be hereafter be defined as one of the five other contracting authorities named on the Framework Agreement. Renewal: The anticipated commencement date for the Framework Agreement is 15th August 2022.
