The purpose of the support is to ensure that Project Partners fulfil their grant requirements and responsibilities on accountability, communications, monitoring, evaluation and performance reporting. Support young people most at risk of being involved in antisocial behaviour. offending or reoffending towards or into positive destinations; 2. Provide person-centred support for young people, parents and families impacted by Adverse Childhood Experiences and trauma; 3. Support young people to improve their health, mental health and wellbeing; 4. Support people, families and communities most affected by crime. Options: Option to extend for a further one 12-month period at the sole discretion of the Scottish Government.
