This is a reissue of the tender of the same name and reference number, issued initially on 24th June 2022 under notice reference 2022/S 000-017417. The original tender was closed without award due to Stonewater's desire to make fundamental changes to way the project will be contracted, including the addition of a Pre-Construction Services Agreement prior to the completion and signature of the main JCT agreement.
