## Summary

The procurement process titled "Network Rail Technology Supplier Qualification System" is initiated by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd, located in London, UK. This tender is classified under the information technology services industry, specifically within the broader category of services. The process is currently in the planning stage, with procurement expected to be executed through a tender method, and it is set to utilise a Supplier Qualification System (SQS) through to 2028. Suppliers interested in this qualification system are encouraged to create an account and complete the necessary registration by visiting the BravoNR platform. Key dates for submission are to be determined as the process evolves.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses in the information technology sector, particularly those offering hardware, software, consulting services, and various IT solutions. Companies that specialise in areas such as cloud services, IT consultancy, application development, and system integration would find themselves well-positioned to compete for future contracts through the SQS. By registering and qualifying, these businesses can streamline their participation in Network Rail's procurement processes, enhancing their prospects for growth and collaboration in the railway services industry.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

This notice announces the existence of a Technology Supplier Qualification System (SQS). The scope of the SQS includes all IT goods and services (and where part of a monitoring system, the associated operational technology) required by any function within Network Rail. Qualification will negate the need for a supplier to complete Network Rail's mandatory and discretionary questions every time they are invited to participate in a competitive process. Registered and qualified suppliers on the SQS can be considered by Network Rail for contract opportunities without further notification of requirements published via the Find a Tender Service. For future contract opportunities, suppliers will be selected based on the categories they are qualified for and their level of capability within that category. There may be further qualification stages required dependent on the requirements of specific contract opportunities. Within the scope defined above, the SQS is the primary method for qualification of all technology categories until 2028. It is therefore imperative that all suppliers who wish to participate in future procurement opportunities within the technology category register their details and complete the qualification questionnaire. Please note that there is NO cost to the supplier for registration onto the Technology SQS. For any queries regarding the Supplier Qualification System, please contact either Alex.Jerome@networkrail.co.uk. or Emma.Ditchfield@networkrail.co.uk
