## Summary

The Guinness Partnership Ltd is planning a procurement process to establish a Framework Agreement for IT services, specifically seeking a Strategic Microsoft Partner with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other related applications. This process consists of two lots, aiming to contract up to ten suppliers in total, with a maximum of five suppliers per lot over a proposed duration of up to 48 months. The initial term is set for two years, with potential renewals of one year each, at the discretion of the buyer. Interested suppliers are invited to submit an outline of their capabilities by completing the Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire by 8th July 2022 at 17:00 via the e-sourcing portal. The anticipated tenders will follow in mid-July for the selection process.

This procurement offers significant opportunities for businesses specialising in IT services, particularly those with competencies in Microsoft technologies such as D365, Azure, SharePoint, and related infrastructure solutions. Companies with certified Microsoft Solutions Partner designations would be particularly well-suited to compete, as this ensures they meet the standards required by The Guinness Partnership. This collaboration could enhance business growth opportunities by tapping into the robust market for IT solutions within the public sector in the UK.
