## Summary

The Chief Constable for Devon and Cornwall Police has completed a tender for the "MOJ Multi-year Funding for Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Support Services," which falls under the services category of the guidance and counselling sector. This procurement is part of a broader initiative announced by the Ministry of Justice in March 2022, aimed at distributing £15.7 million of dedicated funding over multiple years for support services related to domestic abuse and sexual violence, with allocations confirmed for the financial years 2022/23, 2023/24, and 2024/25. The tender process was characterised as a limited procurement method, proceeding without prior publication, indicating that it targeted specific bidders directly. The relevant services will be delivered primarily in Exeter, UK, based on identified local needs and geographical coverage.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses operating in the fields of social services, particularly those specialising in domestic abuse and sexual violence support. Companies such as counselling services, charities, and community support organisations, especially those with a focus on vulnerable groups like children and young adults, are well-positioned to compete for this funding. The evaluation criteria prioritise not only the quality of bids but also adherence to budgetary constraints, thus offering a chance for skilled providers capable of delivering impactful social services to grow their presence in this essential sector.
