## Summary

The NHMF Frameworx Material Supply Framework Agreements 2022 is a procurement initiative set forth by NHMF (NPC) Ltd, a contracting authority serving the social housing sector in the UK. This process is currently in the planning stage, with a deadline for questionnaire submissions set for 3:00 PM on 25th July 2022. The framework aims to establish multi-supplier agreements for the supply of building materials, power tools, and personal protective equipment, with a focus on regional, sub-regional, and local authority levels across the UK. Interested parties can access the necessary documents through the Rand's e-tendering portal.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses involved in the supply of building materials and construction-related products, particularly those specialising in electrical materials, roofing, plumbing, and hand tools. As the framework is intended for a broad range of suppliers, companies with capabilities to provide goods and services to the social housing sector would be well-positioned to compete. Engaging in this process allows potential suppliers to not only contribute to vital community infrastructure but also to secure contracts that could enhance their market presence and growth within the sector.

These will include but not be limited to the supply of building materials either from the supplier's depots or to the Employer's depots and stores, including maintenance of van stocks, supply of power tools, hand tools, personal protective equipment etc.
