## Summary

The University of Derby is planning a procurement process for the supply of an apprenticeship system, identified as PROC DMC ITT/738. This initiative falls within the goods category, specifically concerning software packages and information systems. The procurement process is currently at the planning stage, with an estimated contract value of £500,000. The University, located in Derby, UK, aims to have the system fully implemented and operational by July 2023. Interested suppliers can express their interest via email before the deadline associated with the PIN notice on September 15, 2022.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in apprenticeship systems, especially those capable of providing end-to-end solutions that manage the entire apprentice journey. Software providers that can demonstrate compliance with the latest funding rules and facilitate evidence for Ofsted inspections will be well-positioned to compete. This collaboration could enhance the business capabilities of these companies, particularly those with experience in educational systems and compliance within the apprenticeship framework.
