The service will provide low to medium support to homeless young people aged between 16- to 19-years-old that LBBD have assessed as being in housing need and requiring additional support to live independently. The service will be delivered directly from The Vineries which is a 31 bed Supported Accommodation Provision. The Service commissioned by LBBD will provide short-term accommodation-based support for up to 25 young people, focusing on delivering a life skills programme that supports young people to gain essential skills for living independently and maintaining a tenancy. The Service will require the Provider to sign a Housing Management Agreement with the building Landlord - Clarion Housing Association.
