Lot 1

The vaccination programme is the largest logical and workforce operation the NHS has ever delivered. At the peak it is anticipated that ~80,000FTE vaccinators will be required. To maintain oversight of local and national recruitment trajectories the programme will require specialist consultative support to ensure the delivery of a workforce analytics solution and provide modelling and specialist training capability.

The services required are specialist workforce modelling and analytics capability. Key objectives are provided below: 

-- Delivery of a robust workforce planning solution (bottom up) 

-- Specification and design of a rostering interface to the Foundry solution. 

-- Training in workforce planning tool and requirements for assurance. 

-- Modelling analysis of vaccine supply to workforce requirements.

### Procurement Information

In view of the extreme urgency, NHS England did not have time to conduct a procurement procedure in accordance with the timescales set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This Supplier was able to mobilise and provide the necessary programme support within the tight timescales required. The contract duration was limited to that which was strictly necessary for the successful delivery of the programme.
