Care and Wellbeing Services at Extra Care Housing Scheme Eastman Village (Klute House) for Harrow citizens aged 55 and over with frailty, physical and/or sensory disabilities and/or mild-moderate learning disabilities and/or enduring mental health needs who have been assessed by the Council as meeting the National Eligibility Criteria (Care Act, 2014) and who are either ordinarily resident within the London Borough of Harrow or are the responsibility of Harrow London Borough Council for supporting their social care needs.

Options: The contract is for 3 years with an optional extension clause of 2 years in periods at the discretion of the Council.

Renewal: The Council is looking for potential service provider(s) to be awarded a contract for a period of 3 Years with the option to extend for a further 2 Years in periods at the discretion of the Council (total of (5) years)
