Following extensive consultation and review of best practice, it is deemed that no single organisation will be able to meet the needs of our high-risk young people. Therefore Lambeth Council seeks only consortium bids for a two-year pilot project. This will be a radically different model of holistic, trauma-informed, and multi-disciplinary housing-related support, for the highest risk gang-involved young people. With small-scale accommodation outside of Lambeth and a consortium model team made up of experts in clinical psychology; youth work; offending; education, training, and employment (ETE); and support workers with lived experience similar to the client group.
