Lot 1 - Building Cleaning Services for Havant Academy and Portfield Primary Academy

Provision of Building Cleaning Services for Havant Academy, Wakefords Way, Havant, PO9 5JD and Portfield Primary Academy, St James Road, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 7HA

Renewal: The contract will be awarded for a period of three years (3) years from the Services Commencement Date (the Initial Contract Term), with the option to extend the contract for up to 2 years. The maximum duration of the contract will therefore be Five (5) years from the Services Commencement Date. This will be subject to the performance of the supplier.
