The Hard And Soft Landscaping And Incidental Works In Connection With The Regeneration Of Great Yarmouth Market Place includes the following: - Removing all above-ground fixed and loose items, including grubbing up foundations - Taking up all precast concrete paving and granite setts, including bedding materials, removing from the site (some setts to be retained) - Excavating trenches and backfilling for and including electrical ducts and associated electrical works - Excavation of tree pits, including preparation to pits for and including imported hard material and topsoil, planting of trees, tree gratings, general planting, seeding, and cultivating. - Lay only Yorkstone paving (free issue from Employer) - Supplying and laying various paving slabs, new granite setts and kerbing - Lay only reclaimed granite setts - Hot rolled asphalt to the car park - Supply and installation of above-ground planters - Supply and installation of new street furniture, including bins, cycle racks, water fountains, control gates, signage, bollards, lighting columns and associated catenaries. - Maintenance of trees and plants
