DIO approached Ramboll UK based on the fact that they were commissioned by Defence Estates (now DIO) in 2000/2001 for - part of design and Project management for the Nato School, Naples. Value for money will be assessed against framework rates. The contract terms & contract scope have not been changed from the original failed competition. The commission remains a lump sum for RIBA 1 with a fixed priced option for RIBA 2.
