To manage the facilities, opening & closing at designated times, 7 days per week Cleaning facilities, restocking all consumables Reporting & managing defect / repairs Additional opening / closing services for special occasions, festival, fairs & activities in Market Place or Victoria Park.

Renewal: There will be annual review meetings to discuss KPI / performance subject to which continuation year on years is dependant.
