BioHub is under construction on a site at Foresterhill Health Campus in Aberdeen and scheduled for handover in November 2022. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Appointment of an Integrated Facilities Management Provider for the BioHub for Innovation (BioHub). BioHub is a 69000 square foot facility which will accelerate growth and build on the strengths of the Life Sciences cluster in North East Scotland. BioHub is currently being developed on a site at Foresterhill Health Campus in Aberdeen. Options: A full scope of services for tendering purposes will be issued with the Invitation to Tender at Stage 2 of this process, however BioAberdeen may require the supplier to provide additional services, for example in line with the increasing occupancy of the building over the term of the agreement.
