Contractor to deliver the installation, repair and servicing of stairlifts, ceiling track hoists, through floor lifts, platform lifts, steplifts and other ad-hoc electrical adaptation installations such as electronic wash and dry toilets and electrical door openers for residents.

Renewal: The contract period will be for thirty-six (36) months from an estimated start date 12 December 2022 with the option to extend for two further periods of twenty-four (24) months each. The total contract duration will therefore be a maximum of eighty-four (84) months.
