This occurs on an annual basis, relative to refresh and replacement cycles for End of Life (EOL) equipment and for new sites as appropriate. Due to the continued trend for the procurement of very similar goods and services and the anticipation of this continuing in future years, a more strategic procurement approach is required to meet the needs of the Digital Division, whilst ensuring best value is achieved. This would be a first generation Framework Agreement in order to support the Authority's Digital, Data and ICT Strategy and can be utilised for both BAU and Transformational Projects.
