The Ministry of Defence intends to award a contract to Arinc Incorporated for the estimated value of PS284,000.00 ex VAT pursuant to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) using the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice for the Provision of C-17 Air Traffic Control (ATC) and Operational Control Satcom Data Link Service.
