The contract will be split into two lots: Lot 1: Level Access Showers, Door Widening and Ramps: this provides the provision of level access showers, door widening, ramps and internal alterations. Lot 2: Complex Works and Extensions: this includes building works to form major adaptations to residents' homes. Applicants are invited to apply for any individual Lot or a combination of Lots

### Lot Information

Level Access Showers, Door Widening and Ramps

This includes the provision of level access showers, door widening, ramps and internal alterations to deliver home adaptation works to clients under the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) programme. The adaptation would not require major building alterations and a completed specification will be provided to the contractor detailing the requirements for the adaptation. A "standard" scaled drawing will be required by the contractor to show the proposed requirements for the adaptation. Complex Works and Extensions

This includes building works to form major adaptations to residents' homes to deliver home adaptation works to clients under the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) programme. Where all alternative options for adaptation have been exhausted complex works can be utilised to provide extensions or complex internal alterations to provide additional rooms for sleeping or bathing for example.

Renewal: The Contract will be awarded for a duration of 36 months, with the option of extending by 36 months. The contract is subject to renewal dependant on requirements
