Scottish Water Horizons is seeking to appoint a framework supplier(s) to provide a cost effective, reliable and commercial solution for Bulk Transport of liquid waste and sludge from sites across Scotland. The materials likely to be required for transport are non-hazardous sludges from commercial and industrial clients including category 3 animal by-products, landfill leachate, other liquid non-hazardous waste, septic waste and sewage.
