Lot 6 - One Stop Shop
The Service Provider will arrange for the provision of a high quality and professional communication service which includes;
-Telephone Interpretation;
-Video Interpretation (Spoken & BSL);
-Face to Face (spoken) interpretation (preference to encourage telephone or video interpretation in first
instance. NHS NW London will monitor and review by exception requests by practices if face to face requests are
exceptionally higher or lower than borough trends)
-British Sign Language (BSL); and
-Document Translation
