Lot 1

Thurrock Council sought a Provider to deliver an advocacy service that will offer a single gateway and coherent service pathway, which will meet all relevant statutory advocacy obligations alongside a range of non-statutory interventions, information and resources to support and empower individuals. The services to be provided are:* Care Act Advocacy (CAA)* Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA). * Independent Complaints Advocacy Services (ICAS)* Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) - (including Paid Relevant Person Representative) Additional information: This contract is for three years with the option to extend for a further two years. Please note the contract value provided in II.2.6 is the total estimated value over the full five years, including extension options.
