Leicester City Council would like to invite Tenderers to submit a tender response for the selection of a single or multiple Contractors to provide: Lot 1 - Education System, Leicester City Council uses an information and case management system that can collect, record and report on all children's and young peoples' up to the of age 25 for young people with an EHC plan for education purposes. Lot 2 - Connexions Connexions provide impartial Information, Advice and Guidance to young people aged 16-18 year olds (up to age 25 for those with an Education and Health Care Plan.) who are Leicester City residents. Lot 3 - Youth Justice. Leicester City Children and Young People's Justice service is a multi-agency statutory service that supervises children between 10 and 17 years old who are at risk of offending or have been through the criminal justice system.

Provision of Education System & Associated Services

The Council requires the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of an information and integrated case management software application for Lot 1 - Education Management ,ePEP(this module may not be required till year 2), Early Years, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Leicester City Council uses an information and case management system that can collect, record and report on all children's and young peoples' up to the of age 25 for young people with an EHC plan for education purposes. The contract with the current Supplier, Capita, will end in 2024.

Renewal: Initial term of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years in 2+1+1+1 year periods

Provision of Connexions & Associated Services

The Council requires the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of information and integrated case management software application for Connexions. Connexions provide impartial Information, Advice and Guidance to young people aged 16-18 year olds (up to age 25 for those with an Education and Health Care Plan.) who are Leicester City residents. The council is currently using Cognisoft IO.

Renewal: Initial term of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years in 2+1+1+1 year periods

The council is currently using Capita ONE system.
