In line with the original procurement strategy, it remains a key requirement for the Health Board to maintain resilience across its telephony services by avoiding reliance on a single network provider, with other services continuing to be delivered via Virgin Media Business. The existing contract is due to expire on 31st March 2026. As these services remain business-critical and underpin the Health Board's telephony infrastructure, there is a requirement to ensure continuity of service and ongoing support.
