The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to award this particular Lot, but may continue to award any other Lots. Renewal: The initial duration of the Contract is 36 months. At the Contracting Authority's sole discretion, the Contract may be extended by up to a further two (2) x 12-month extensions, with the contract term not exceeding five (5) years in total. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to not extend this particular Lot, but may continue to extend any other Lots. Provision of Body Transport Services The Contracting Authority requires a professional, competent, and suitably experienced provider to, always in an appropriate and dignified manner, convey (transport) the bodies of deceased adults, young persons, children, babies and foetuses (including placentas) as required during the Contract term.
