The Trust is open to a range of ways of doing this; however, by 'service first' the successful supplier is required to work in partnership with the Contracting Authority to incrementally improve the performance of the live service. MSEFT is looking to work in partnership with a single supplier, and its approved supply chain, who will collaborate and share risk.
