These are Contractor Services for the development of general needs, leasehold and care and support properties, both in terms of new developments and major refurbishment/remodelling works. This offers the opportunity to review and re-design services with the aim of offering the Consortium members the best services at the most competitive rates available. With the current framework due to expire in January 2023 the Consortium are looking to commence the procurement of a new four year framework agreement, starting with this market engagement exercise to seek the supply markets thoughts on the general scope and proposed procurement process. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The Consortium wishes to seek the views of potential suppliers in relation to Contractor Services for the development of general needs, leasehold and care and support properties, both in terms of new developments and major refurbishment/remodelling works. We are interested to know some key facts about the market you operate in and how we might shape the terms and conditions, the specification and performance measurement criteria to ensure a high level service is procured and maintained.
