Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD), as the Central Purchasing Body, intends to establish a 4 year single supplier collaborative Framework Agreement on behalf of the participating bodies listed in the Specification to deliver an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Tenderers should refer to the Specification Schedule for further details. Additional information: The value of this Framework Agreement is estimated to be in the range of PS6,000,000 and PS10,000,000. Stakeholder engagement took place with all participating bodies, each confirming that they wish to be listed on this Framework Agreement and they provided their anticipated level of spend across the duration of the Framework Agreement. Please note that there is no guarantee of the usage, volume or value of the Services under this Framework Agreement, which is demand driven.. . .
