The Council anticipates (but does not guarantee) that it will enter into a Framework Contract with the top 3 successful Providers. The proposed contract will be for an initial duration of two (2) years with a possible two (2) twelve (12) month extension. The council reserves the right to amend the number of consultancy days for the extension period based upon actual usage in previous years.
