Architect Services

The Associations are collaboratively awarding a place on the Framework Agreement to assist with their plans over the next 4 years. The works are likely to relate to energy efficiency / decarbonisation of properties including full retrofits of heating systems & insulation which may also involve some reconfiguration of property layout, preparation of tender documents and planning applications. There will likely be a requirement for full architectural services for new build development in the Dundee and Angus areas, occasional work in relation to window replacement contracts, minor general works relating planned and cyclical maintenance, schedules of work and planning documentation. Quantity Surveyors
